With 24 cutting wires, this ingenious device swiftly slices through clay blocks, creating consistent 3/8-inch slabs in seconds. 7.5" X 10.5" Frame 24 cutting wires, 3/8" slab thickness. Especially useful when teaching a group of students. Instructions: Place block of clay on canvas or other strong base material (for flipping). Place the frame on the top of the clay block with the wire side down. Slowly push the frame through the clay block from the top to the bottom. Turn over the canvas-supported clay block together with the frame. Finish slab cut. Features and Maintenance: Stainless steel wires, Adjustable wires with screws. Clean after each use to avoid the clay chemical damage to the wires. Replacement wire included. |
