Olympic Oval Kilns

Olympics Automatic Kilns incorporate the Bartlett Controller technology to assist in providing unsupervised firings all the way to completion. It monitors the firing, so you don’t have to. All of our large Olympic kilns are offered at cone 10 and have 3” brick walls. When purchasing any kiln, you must specify your power supply: 208 volt or 240 volt, single phase or 3-phase wiring. Any single-phase kiln over 48 amps is direct wired, all 3-phase kilns are direct wired.

These unique kilns have heavy-duty construction to go with their large size.

• Equipped with an electronic controller
• Bottom slabs are built into the bottom ring and reinforced with a galvanized metal plate for support.
• 3” brick construction is used for added insulation and strength.
• Lids are attached with an oversized hinge and lid brace combination secured to reinforcing plates for durability. The lid also has a hole in the center for venting.
• Ovals are sectioned for easy disassembly and flexibility.
• Rings have handles for lifting and a ring lock to prevent shifting during operation.
• Balanced heating elements ensure even heat distribution regardless of load density.
• 30” oval must be direct wired.
