Yes, but these glazes are not recommended for food surfaces due to durability. These glazes can be fired at regular medium speed without a special cooling schedule. To take this glaze to the next level, use a controlled cooling scheduled for increased crystal growth Cone 5 = 1184 °C (at 150°C/hour for the final 100°C of firing) / 2201°F ( at 270°F/hour in the final 200°F of firing) Cone 6 = 1241°C (at 150°C/hour for the final 100°C of firing) / 2266°F ( at 270°F/hour in the final 200°F of firing) Supernova is a highly fluid creamy white translucent glaze with a crystalline surface like frost on a window. The gloss glaze surface is opalescent and breaks slightly more cream than white. Solar Flare is a highly fluid light brown glaze with an iridescent crystalline surface. Opaque and glossy with a slight texture on the crystals. Dark Star is a fluid, dark matte glaze with iridescent crystals like a beetle shell. Breaks translucent. Mars Crystal is a highly fluid, dark brick red glaze with silvery, iridescent crystals. It is opaque and breaks darker.
